JWPR TRAVEL & PROPERTY PR
Jori White PR's Travel and Property PR portfolio now encompasses clients from around the globe. All our campaigns are completely bespoke, but whether it's a hotel, retail development or travel guide, all receive the same level of commitment, creative drive and attention to detail.
JWPR's international travel and property clients also benefit from the agency's affiliated consultancies in New York, Tokyo, Milan and Rome.
Travel PR successes include the launch of the Courthouse Hotel Kempinski on Great Marlborough Street, London. In the wake of over fifty pieces of coverage prior to launch, the hotel achieved 91% occupancy in the first year. We also ssuccessfully placed Manhattan's Bryant Park Hotel as "The Elle Hotel in New York City", while our campaign for the Anse Chastanet hotel in St. Lucia included a week long promotion on GMTV.
The agency is also retained to publicise Indigo Lodges' portfolio of luxury chalets and villas, successfully securing press trips to Portugal, Kitzbühl, Chamonix, Courcheval and Ibiza, in the first year.
Not all our Travel PR campaigns are conducted on behalf of multi million pound clients however. We recently handled the launch of worldreviewer.com, a brilliant new portal aimed at reviewing global travel 'experiences'. Within three months of the site going live, it emerged the victor in the Travel Category of the prestigious Yahoo! Finds of the Year.
Other current travel PR clients include Peterstone Court and The Manor, two stunning hotels situated in the heart of the Brecon Beacons; Langass Lodge in the Outer Hebrides and Perivolas in Santorini, Greece.
On the property front, Jori White PR was charged with introducing Greece's only integrated leisure resort, Kilada Hills, to the UK media. Blanket coverage included a front-page feature in The Financial Times. Closer to home, the agency is currently working on behalf of Westfield London. Set to open in time for Christmas 2008, this new landmark for the capital will offer five anchor stores, 265 speciality shops, 50 carefully selected restaurants, bars and cafés and a state-of-the-art 14-screen cinema complex.
On the travel publishing front, one of our proudest achievements was the work we undertook on behalf of the Mr & Mrs Smith Hotel Guide Book Collections. Not only did we develop a unique book membership scheme and introduce a leading photographer to the project, but we succeeded in achieving £1million in press coverage in the launch month alone.
Meanwhile, our three-month campaign for publishing giant Dorling Kindersley's Real City Guides reached nearly 16 million people and gave the client a remarkable 38 to 1 return on its investment. |
