Co-run by Stephen Bulmer, former Chef/Director of the Raymond Blanc Cookery School at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Brook Hall Cookery School opens its doors on 21st May. Stephen and his wife Joanna will be running the school from their own home - a lovingly refurbished Queen Anne townhouse situated in Winslow, Bucks, a pretty village situated between Aylesbury and Milton Keynes. Covering a wide range of cuisines, from Mediterranean to Far Eastern, Brook Hall’s many and varied courses are suitable for all levels of ability and ages – young children and teenagers included. Brook Hall also accommodates all outside catering needs, while the venue’s corporate entertainment offering can provide exceptional company away days that complement the culinary offering with additional events such as wine tasting.
