May sees the addition of two exciting new facets to The Brompton Quarter. The downstairs area is to be reinvented as a stunning new restaurant called The Dining Room. The menu has been created by Brompton Quarter’s talented and innovative new chef, Torren Lewis. A former finalist in the prestigious Young Chef of the Year competition and protégée of Gary Rhodes, Torren has developed a range of Mediterranean-influenced dishes that are perfectly in tune with the Brompton Quarter philosophy. The upstairs smoothie bar will also be turned into a dazzling cocktail bar by night.
