South West London gastropub, The Victoria, is the latest venture from Michelin star chef and TV presenter Paul Merrett.

Paul is very much the working head chef at The Victoria, despite a busy media career that most recently saw him front BBC Two show, Economy Gastronomy.

In 2008 he implemented a major two-month refurbishment programme at The Victoria. This included the incorporation of a conservatory/dining room with 40 covers and a large and airy bar with seating for 60. Taking advantage of the stunning locale, The Victoria now also has an alfresco dining area — complete with outdoor kitchen — that comfortably sits 50 people.

The Victoria boasts a superb menu that showcases the very best of modern British cuisine, together with an extensive and exciting wine list courtesy of wine guru Olly Smith (Saturday Kitchen, Richard and Judy's Wine Club).
